Tour Master Response SC Boots

If you want something more than street shoes, but something less than full height street boots, then consider the Response boot. It’s a mid-height boot much like a hiking boot. The closure uses laces, but the laces are tucked away under a Velcro-close leather flap. This keep the laces from being entangled in the shifter, brake lever or other parts on the bike—-a major disadvantage of wearing regular sneakers on a motorcycle. Picture yourself rolling to a stop on your bike, ready to put your foot down and finding yourself tethered to a brake lever. Shortly thereafter you’ll find yourself laying on the ground, probably unhurt except for your pride. Anyway, back to the boots… We carry some boots like this in other brands, but this one stands out as being a more heavy duty foot and sole design much like other full height street boots. There are built in armor pieces on either side of the ankle bone. The boots are cut lower in front of and behind the leg to allow for shifting and walking.
