Moto GP Pylon Gloves

The Pylon gloves are made from a very nice mid-weight leather which is soft and comfortable right out of the package. The knuckle area and the back of the fingers have integral foam padding for impact protection (raised areas you can see in the pictures), but it’s a flexible material which allows you to fold up the gloves for storage in a tight space or in a pocket. The heel of the hand has double leather and the longer gauntlet will provide coverage for your wrist. The gauntlet also has some reflective piping which will reflect at night for good visibility. There are some perforations on the back of the gauntlet area, but I don’t think these perfs are much more than cosmetic (not a summer glove). I’d suggest this glove for cool to warm weather riding. The gloves have some grip material in the thumb/forefinger area which seems to be effective. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see some good close-ups.
