This boot is sold in US men’s US sizes and seems to run true to size. Select a boot based on the size you normally wear in men’s shoes.
Our Two Cents
The Teknic Violator boot offers good looks and great protection in a waterproof style. And at this terrific closeout price, it’s a bargain! This boot would work great for the sport/street rider who may also occasionally do amateur track events. The boots have some pretty substantial armor in the right places, such as shin, ankle area, heel cup, toe box… even the back of the calf. The armor plate on the back of the calf has horizontal slits cut in it that allow it to flex making walking around a little easier. This boot includes a ratcheting strap across the instep that should provide a good secure fit in that area of the foot. This feature is not uncommon in race boots, but I wanted to note that the ratchet seems to be very sturdy and functional (better than some I’ve seen). Excellent boots, run true to size. Comfortable to walk in, secure but open at the top to allow you to bend forward; velcro and straps hold tight without slacking or sagging. Looks good, too.
