The Magnum Jersey jacket is a very sharp style. The logo on the front along with the cut lines and the unique sleeve treatment give this leather jacket a casual/retro but modern look (hmmm whatever that means—just my opinion :) The leather used in this “black label” style is a bit better than the leather used in other Alpinestars leather jackets as well. It’s a bit softer and has a smoother finish which to me means a better hide. Also, the removable thermal liner is an upgraded item as compared to most. It uses a silver reflective type fabric that is very soft but feels thicker than most. In the summer, go without the liner installed and air can pass through the perforated panels on the front and rear to help keep you cool. The jacket comes with CE rated semi-rigid armor in the elbows and shoulders. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see a good group of close-up photos of this jacket.
