This jacket has all the features you’d want in a highly protective leather sport jacket, but mainly it’s all about style—tons of color and graphics make this a fantastic looking jacket. The jacket shell is made of heavy weight cowhide similar to what you’d find in a good race suit. This one will take some breaking in! You get GP type armor in the shoulders and elbows and a dual density back pad. You also get some external molded pieces on the shoulder (similar to JR race suits). For hot weather use, you can use the zippered biceps vents and take advantage of the shoulder scoop air vents which are designed to shoot some air down your back. If you are looking for pants, I’d suggest the Joe Rocket Speedmaster in either solid leather or perforated leather. These will mate with the full circumference zipper in the jacket which essentially offers a two piece suit. Or if you want to use the jacket for everyday street riding, you could zip them to any of Joe Rocket’s textile pants since the jacket comes equipped with a short rear zipper as well.
