Teknic Chicane Two Piece Race Suit

The Teknic Chicane suit is a great option for the beginning racer or aggressive street rider. The suit offers quality cowhide leather construction and all of the basic protective features needed for racing. The shoulders, elbows and knees all come equipped with comfortable removable dual density foam armor and there is also a removable back protector. The elbow and knee armor is located in pockets fastened directly to the leather shell which is a very secure design. The suit’s construction includes Spandex panels in the underarm (down to the forearm), crotch/thigh and behind the knees. The Spandex panels help improve the fit and give you freedom of motion on the bike. There are also accordion stretch zones above the knees and behind the shoulders to help increase your comfortable range of motion. The knees have Velcro patches for the attachment of knee sliders. We recommend the use of Joe Rocket Speedmaster knee sliders (see link below). The jacket and pants of the suit are connected by a full circumference zipper. The jacket can be worn separately from the pants if desired, although the jacket alone is a bit shorter than most jackets. Overall I think this suit is comfortable and well constructed, and will work out great as a high quality first suit that isn’t going to break the bank.
