Sizing Information

This jacket is sold in men’s “alpha” jacket sizing so you can choose the size you normally wear in men’s clothing. To choose a size based upon measurements, please have a look at Fieldsheer’s sizing charts. We feel the sizing chart is a good representation of how this item fits.

Our Two Cents

The High Flow jacket offers very good value for a hot weather jacket. This jacket’s shell is all mesh except for some solid textile reinforcements over the shoulders and elbows, so the wind will be able to blow right through this jacket. The styling is very simple and would appeal to almost any style rider. And, as I mentioned, the simple styling keeps the cost reasonable. The armor in the jacket is very good. The shoulders and elbows have a very sturdy plastic-over-foam, GP style armor. It’s comfortable and also feels very substantial. The jacket has the usual fitment features such as the Velcro adjustable waist band and the snap adjusters on both arms. This jacket comes with a removable windproof/waterproof lining. You can use the liner to break the wind on cool mornings or over mountain passes. Using the liner will extend the jacket’s effective usable temperature range. The liner is also water proof and would serve to keep you dry in a sudden shower, but the sleeve ends and neck openings of an inside liner like this will prevent it from being completely waterproof in serious rain. Most folks though will find the liner’s main usefulness as a wind blocker. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see this jacket’s features in a group of close up pictures.

Love the high vis! Flows lots of air even with a faring. I use it down to the hi 40's with the rain liner zipped in. Stows small too!

Extremely light and airy; to the point that I was surprised at how much air flowed through it! The jacket fits true to size. I was a bit skeptical about the durability of the mesh but it has held up fine over the course of riding for two years. De... (Read more...)
