Sizing Information:

Have a look at Joe Rocket’s sizing chart. We feel this size chart gives an accurate estimate of size for this jacket. You can use the waist size adjustment tabs to compensate for varying waist sizes.

The Honda CBR textile jacket is a short waist, sport-style which is a staple for street riders in all parts of the country due to its comfort, features and its climate control design. Its outer shell is made of a softer abrasion resistant textile material. Some textile jackets use materials that are rather stiff and make a lot of “swishy” noises as you move, but this softer material does not and it bends and shapes easier and is more comfortable. For climate control, you get biceps zippered intake vents and two rear exhaust vents which can be used in the summer. And a removable vest-type thermal liner is included for use in cooler weather. For crash protection, the jacket comes with a complete set of removable CE rated “turtle shell” type armor and a dual density foam back pad. An upgraded CE approved back protector is available (see below). This jacket also has a couple unique and novel features: an MP3 player pocket with a grommet to pass your head phone cord through near the neck and a replacement face shield pocket. The face shield pocket feature is very imaginative. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see the location of this pocket. When the shield is in place in the jacket it hangs around your lower torso on one side. The shape of the shield and the location of the pocket makes it to where you hardly notice the shield is there. Need pants? I’d suggest the Ballistic 5.0 pants (for wet and cold weather) or the Alter Ego Pants (for warmer climates). The jacket has a short rear zipper for connection to these pant styles.
