Sizing Information:

Have a look at Joe Rocket’s sizing chart. We feel this size chart gives an accurate estimate of size for this jacket. You can use the waist size adjustment tabs to compensate for varying waist sizes.

The Endurance jacket is a perfect choice for street riders and commuters who face more harsh conditions. A 3/4 length style like this jacket comes further down the torso than waist length sport jackets and provides more protection from the elements. Commuters and travelers also like a jacket that has a bunch of pockets. I count six on the front and one large fanny pack in back. There is also an MP3/Cell pocket with a special wire pass through grommet near the neck. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see some good close-up pictures of all these features. This jacket comes with CE type “turtle shell” molded rubber armor and a foam back pad (optional CE rated back protector is available, see below). For cold weather, you get a very nice full sleeve insulated liner. Waterproof? Yes, I would think very much so. This jacket has a full inner waterproof liner. And if you look at the close-up pics of the jacket’s inside you can see this. In addition, the main zipper closure is a double flap design and the smaller zippers on the jacket are waterproof. Be advised though that this jacket will be best for mild to cold weather only. It has some zippered vents, but the air passage does not lead cooling air all the way to the rider’s body, but rather only admits air between the outer jacket shell and the inner waterproof liner. Not sure why this is so… I can speculate that they built it this way to ensure the waterproof feature, but it really negates the effectiveness of the zippered vents.
