Teknic Tactic Convertible Textile Pants

The Tactic Convertible pants are designed to offer all of the basics in protection and function of standard textile riding pants but in a sporty, camo style. These would be a great choice for commuters or touring riders who need a lot of pockets (total of six). These are a closeout item and are offered at a very low price. We bought all the inventory available so please check the drop down menu above for available sizes. The zippered venting feature in the legs and the zip off lower leg make this pant more breathable than solid textile pants. But check out the funky look of the legs with the low part removed? Is that a good style? Well, I’m probably too old to be a good judge, so I’ll let you decide. In any case, you have the option to zip off those lower legs for more airflow. The waist has adjustable cinch straps and belt loops for comfort and a secure fit. The side waist adjusters can make the pant’s waist band smaller by a couple inches. Please refer to the chart above to see the max waist size for each pant size. About protection… a second liner of Cordura® offers extra abrasion protection in the seat, hips, and knees. For impact protection, the knees include sewn-in CE approved armor (non-removable). The legs are also fitted with an adjustable system of snaps and laces to help hold the armor in place in case of a fall. Note on color: The factory pic shows a grey/black camo, but the actual pants are grey/purple-ish/black. Our pictures in the photo gallery are pretty accurate. Don’t be alarmed guys! They look good… not feminine.
