Shift Vertex Gloves

These gloves are consistent with the major brands we carry, so hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.

The Vertex glove is Shift’s latest race-style glove that does a good job of offering some good protection while maintaining comfort. This glove will work well for the amateur racer or the aggressive street rider that wants a little more protection than some other styles provide. The glove has a molded knuckle guard that feels quite substantial. The fingers have some small armor pieces that are made out of the same material as the knuckle guard for a little added protection to the back of the hand. The palm of the glove has some padding and synthetic suede reinforcement for added grip and abrasion protection. Along the outside of the glove (pinky side) there is some added padding and abrasion resistant reinforcement material. You get a Velcro adjustment strap at the wrist to help keep the gloves securely on your hands, and a Velcro closure on the gauntlet.
