Sizing Information:

The jackets run fairly standard so you can use previous experience in buying motorcycle jackets or street clothing. If you want to double check sizing using a tape measure, refer to the chart below. Don’t be concerned that the belly dimensions are much bigger than your measurement—this is part of the “relaxed” styling.

The Merc Leather Hero is a Merc Leather jacket with extra patches and logos. So take everything I said about the Merc Leather Jacket and then take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see some good shots of the extra decoration. The only other difference worth mentioning that we noticed is that the Hero offers a bit better removable liner. The liner in the Hero is a combination of wind-stop nylon and some light insulation. The liner in the standard Merc is just a simple liner of wind-stop material only.
