FAQ: Can you make a change to an un-shipped order I recently placed? (or combine two orders to save shipping, or add merchandise to an order, etc.)?
Well, I wish we were Amazon and had their mega order processing capabilities and the simple answer to the above question would be an enthusiastic… YES!
But sadly, we aren’t yet in Amazon’s league. It’s possible for us to make changes to un-shipped orders, but to do so requires us to cancel your order out of our automated order processing system and handle the processing manually (type out and print invoices by hand, create shipping labels by hand, carry said paperwork to the warehouse, etc). And doing this also takes away your ability to track the progress of your order through our website.
A better way to handle your change request is to cancel any/all existing orders involved and ask us to issue a gift certificate for the payments associated with the canceled order(s). Gift Certificates are sent by email so you receive them immediately. Then you can re-enter your new/corrected order and use the Gift Certificate as payment.
If your new order will require you to pay more money as compared to the previous order(s) (for example when you add a product or specify premium shipping), the Gift Certificate will work perfectly. When you re-enter your order, you can use the gift certificate and pay the price difference however you wish. If you don’t use the entire gift certificate when placing your new order (or don’t anticipate needing the remaining balance anytime soon), you can request a refund of the unused balance after you receive your order.

If your situation is special and the cancellation/GC won’t work, please feel free to write customer service and we will do our best to help.
