Shipping Cost
To see the cost for shipping, just put a product in your shopping cart. You’ll be asked for your country and postal code (if applicable) and the cost to ship the product will be displayed.
Important: The prices you pay when you purchase from us are for merchandise and outbound shipping only. Any duties, fees, tariffs, taxes, etc charged by your government are collected by your post office (with USPS shipping), or by the delivery driver at your door (with UPS).
When Do We Ship?
The drop down menus on each product page list the estimated ship times for every product (in working days). Orders with multiple items will be combined due to the high cost of shipping, so the time estimate to ship your complete order will be the longest time listed for any product in the order.

UPS Shipping Services
- UPS Express (most expensive, but fastest and most convenient and you can track it): This is a 1-2 day guaranteed service. UPS handles customs issues and delivers to your door. You pay UPS directly for applicable fees/duties/taxes. A tracking number is provided for each shipment. Go here for more information. We’ve tried other methods and UPS is the best overall for fast service, “to your door” delivery.
- UPS Expedited (moderate price, convenient and you can track it): This is a 3-5 day guaranteed service. Expedited offers the same “to your door” feature as Express, but is slightly slower and slightly less expensive.
Brokerage Fees? UPS does not charge “extra” brokerage fees for their Express or Expedited Shipping service. You still will have to pay duties, taxes, tariffs, etc (as mentioned above) but not an additional fee from UPS. Some customers (especially in Canada) may have experienced brokerage fees with UPS but not with the service type we are offering.
USPS Shipping Services
- USPS Global Express (low expense, fast, delivered to your post office, confirms shipment and delivery, lost package insurance claims must wait 30 days): This is a 3-5 days guaranteed service to most countries. Confirmation of shipment and delivery is provided (but cannot be fully tracked in transit). Duties and taxes are collected at your post office. In case of a lost package, we cannot replace or refund for 30 days after shipment.
- USPS Priority Mail (least expensive, reasonably fast, delivered to your post office, not traceable, lost package insurance claims must wait 30 days): This is a 5-7 day (estimated but not guaranteed) service to most countries. Confirmation of shipment and delivery is provided (but cannot be fully tracked in transit). Duties and taxes are collected at your post office. In case of a lost package, we cannot replace or refund for 30 days after shipment.
