Joe Rocket Rasp Textile Jacket
Sizing Information:
Have a look at Joe Rocket’s sizing chart. We feel this size chart gives an accurate estimate of size for this product.
The Rasp jacket offers high tech looks along with the latest features for protection and climate control. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see the details about this jacket. The armor overlays on the shoulders and elbows are what sets this jacket apart from all the other textile products. They are made of a soft rubber compound so they are flexible and comfortable. And while I would doubt they add a great deal of impact protection they certainly make a bold styling statement. Many of today’s high priced race suits are going to this custom formed type armor, and I’m sure this is the look that Joe Rocket is trying to emulate. The shell material used feels tough, but it’s not overly stiff so it should be a comfortable jacket to wear. The venting incorporated into the torso by way of zip-off panels along with the zippered biceps vents will make this jacket comfortable in hot weather. And in winter, you can zip-up and install the vest-type insulated liner (included) to help keep warm. The jacket comes with a complete set of removable dual density armor and it has a short rear connection zipper that will mate with any Joe Rocket pants (that have the short rear zipper). In my opinion, the Alter Ego Pants would most closely match the style and comfort range of this jacket.
