These gloves are consistent with the major brands we carry, so hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help
Our Two Cents
The Olympia 710 is a very light weight leather/fabric glove similar to the very popular “mechanix” style gloves. The inside of the hand is leather and the back of the hand is a combination of stretch type fabrics. Carbon fiber patches on the fingers add some style. The palm of the glove has thin gel padding that adds a bit of comfort, along with some shock absorption properties. I wouldn’t rate these gloves as highly protective, but they’ll be extremely cool and comfortable and could be packed away almost anywhere. Note about proper use: The gel palm design is intended to absorb shock. But, excessive weight bearing down on the gel material will cause it to compress prematurely or move out of position in the glove. We highly recommend the gel design for cruiser, touring and sport touring riders, but not those who ride in a race position.
