The Nelson Rigg CL-200 Expandable Touring Tail Pack can be mounted on a rear passenger seat or on a rear cowling, and it will maintain it’s shape even when empty. Constructed of top quality UV-treated Tri-Max® Ballistic Nylon with a fully lined interior with an internal organizer, reflective piping, fail safe heavy duty zippers with pull tabs, protective material on the underside to prevent slipping and protect the motorcycle. A 100% waterproof rainstorm cover and adjustable shoulder strap are included. This tail bag was designed for either solo mounting or dual mounting meaning it can be directly connected to Nelson Rigg saddlebags making a complete luggage system that can be easily mounted and removed from the motorcycle which also makes it very easy to transport as one unit (one of my favorite features!) This tail bag used in conjunction with Nelson Rigg saddlebags would give sufficient storage space for an extended road trip, even though it is larger than some of the other Nelson Rigg tail bags the swoopy shape makes it still look great on sportbikes. The exterior side pockets are expandable as well as the entire main compartment and when expanded can hold a full face helmet. All this backed by Nelson Rigg’s lifetime no hassle warranty. I have used the CL-200 tail bag several times now, including touring, and have found it to be well made and very usefull. It attaches to my bike very easily using the integral bungee cords and stays in place. I like the dividers and pockets for storage of small items. (Read more...)
