The Earl leather jacket offers the protection of a full leather sport jacket in a package that is a bit “retro”. The colors are subdued (rather than the usual red/blue/yellow/green schemes), and the black/orange color reminds me of some sixties and seventies styles I’ve seen. Also, the jacket has antique colored zippers rather than the usual steel or plastic. Functionally the jacket has all the usual safety features, such as CE approved shoulder and elbow protectors, and it has a foam back pad too. For climate control, the jacket has two zippered vents in the front, two in the rear and two at each sleeve end. For cooler weather comfort, you can use the removable thermal liner.
