Sizing Information:
The fit of these jackets is similar to other brands of leather sport jackets. You want to choose a jacket that is big enough for your actual chest measurement. And you want to make sure the size will be big enough for your belly (if you have one). The max belly for any size jacket is approximately 6” less than the jacket size (example: max belly for a 46 is a 40” belly).
Joe Rocket offers this racing replica jacket for the Kawasaki fans out there. Take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see good detailed photos of racing patches and logos on the jacket. The shell is made of heavy weight cowhide similar to what you’d find in a good race suit. You get CE removable armor in the shoulders and elbows and a dual density back pad. For hot weather use, you can use the zippered biceps vents, zippered chest vents and take advantage of the shoulder scoop air vents which are designed to shoot some air down your back. If you are looking for pants, I’d suggest the Joe Rocket Speedmaster or Blaster pants in either solid leather or perforated leather. These will mate with the full circumference zipper in the jacket which essentially offers a two piece suit. Or if you want to use the jacket for everyday street riding, you could zip them to any of Joe Rocket’s textile pants since the jacket comes equipped with a short rear zipper as well.
