These pants are sold in Alpha sizes and allow for a great deal of waist adjustment. The following chart is an estimate of the best fit based on your US pants size. This fit estimate is assuming you’ll be wearing the pants over underwear only (not over other street clothes). Inseam on the size XL is 33.5” which is “average”. Other sizes were not available for measurement at the time of this writing.

The AST-1 is a simple textile riding pant that offers protection and comfort for the everyday street rider. The pants are lightweight and comfortable on and off the bike. These pants have a waterproof lining and could even be a good idea for a touring rider. I would recommend these pants for cool to warm temperatures, but I think they will be uncomfortably warm on hotter days. The pants include removable knee padding that can be adjusted to an “upper” or “lower” position to help accommodate different height riders.
