Icon Women's Merc Textile Jacket

Icon doesn’t offer their own estimates for sizing on this style, but the ladies in our office have come up with this conversion from dress size to “alpha” size to help you choose a size:

The Merc jacket is a basic textile style. The jacket comes with turtle shell type CE armor in the shoulders and elbows and a foam backpad (the backpad is thin). There are stretchy fabric panels under the arms and down the side of the torso to help with freedom of motion.
