Scorpion Hat Trick Mesh/Textile Jacket
Sizing Information:
The sizing on this jacket is comparable to other “alpha” sized jackets and is also in line with men’s clothing sizes, so choose the size you normally wear in jackets and shirts. If you want to double check sizing using a tape measure, refer to the chart below. Don’t be concerned that the belly dimensions are much bigger than your measurement—this is part of the “relaxed” styling. And there are snaps to cinch down the waist area another 2”.
Tall sizes are available in some colors (use the drop down menu to view). “Talls” are approximately 2” longer in the torso and sleeves. If you normally buy tall sizes in men’s clothing, these should work better for you.
| Size | Max Chest | Max Belly |
| XS | 36 | 32 |
| Small | 38 | 34 |
| Medium | 40 | 36 |
| Large | 44 | 40 |
| XL | 46 | 42 |
| XXL | 48 | 44 |
| XXXL | 50 | 46 |
The Hat Trick jacket is an excellent multi season jacket. This jacket is not really a “convertible” jacket, but it function much the same. The outer shell is largely mesh that will work well in warmer weather. And the jacket includes two separate liners that can be installed together or separately as needed. The first liner is a lightweight wind/waterproof liner much like those found in other mesh jacket designs. The second liner is a thicker (but not too bulky) insulated liner. The ability to use both of the liners at once or just one at a time makes this jacket suitable for just about any riding conditions. For protection the shoulders and elbows come with removable CE approved armor, and there is also a removable foam backpad. There are large reflective panels in the front and the back of this jacket for really good nighttime visibility. To help prevent the jacket from riding up in the tucked riding position there is a small strap in the back of the jacket that can be attached to your belt loops.
