Sizing Information:
These vests are made to fit over jackets when they are adjusted to their largest position. If you choose not to wear the vest over a jacket then you can make the mid-torso/belly area slightly smaller with the side adjustment straps. Below, we are listing maximum and minimum mid-torso/belly measurements (about half way between your chest and your waist). The cut of the vest will accommodate a wide range of chest sizes since the arm holes are cut very deep. You can use a tape around yourself while wearing a jacket and also without a jacket and make a size choice based upon the chart.

In addition to those folks that HAVE to wear a vest such as this on a military installation, I’m sure there are plenty of folks who value visibility. If your clothing is otherwise dark colored, you can don this vest to be high profile. I like the ID pocket that attaches with Velcro to the front. A handy feature for those that have to show ID to the gatekeeper.
