Sizing Information:
These vests are made to fit over jackets when they are adjusted to their largest position. If you choose not to wear the vest over a jacket then you can make the mid-torso area slightly smaller with the side adjustment straps. Below, we are listing maximum and minimum mid-torso measurements (about half way between your chest and your waist). The cut of the vest will accommodate a wide range of chest sizes since the arm holes are cut very deep. You can use a tape around yourself while wearing a jacket and also without a jacket and make a size choice based upon the chart.

The Vision vest is a heavy duty visibility vest. There are large reflective patches on the front and back of the vest for increased nighttime visibility. There are side straps for torso adjustment along with a waist adjustment for fit customization. The good thing about the side adjustment design is that it offers a much wider range than others (like Alpinestars or Icon), but the only downside is that when the vest is adjusted to the smaller size range, there is a lot of extra strap hanging down which will have to be secured somehow (probably by tying it up some way).
