Sizing Information:
Choose a size based upon what you usually wear in men’s shirts/pants. These suits are sized to be worn over motorcycle riding apparel, so if you are going to wear the suit over a t-shirt/jeans only you might need to go down one size from what you normally wear.
The RS-100 Rally suit is a great option for the rider on a budget that would like to keep some emergency rain gear on hand…better safe than sorry. If you are looking for a suit that will get consistent day to day use you might look at a more heavy duty suit, but for a “just in case” suit, this price is hard to beat. The jacket comes with two waterproof front pockets and a hood that can fit under your helmet. A neat feature I liked about the pants are two small snaps on the ankle that can be used to tighten the cuff around your ankle. Bought this gear for a trip with friends over Memorial Day 2008. To say the least, the suit failed to meet my expectations. The zipper failed first time out, and the material started tearing within the first 30 minutes of riding. (Read more...)
