Our Two Cents
If you like an all-leather glove in winter, then try the Cold Weather glove. The leather used is soft and comfortable with no break-in necessary. The gloves are insulated on the back of the hand, but not in the palm area which improves the feel for the controls as compared to other more “puffy” designs. FirstGear also says this is ideal for those who have heated grips. The gloves have a windproof/waterproof liner to keep your hands dry, but since the glove’s shell is leather, I would advise you to buy textile waterproof gloves if riding in rain is a common thing for you. I like the substantial palm armor on these gloves. It looks like it would do a good job in case of a fall. The gloves also have a liberal amount of reflective piping material for night time visibility. Please take the “View Larger Pictures” link above to see some good close-up photos of these gloves.
