Sizing Information
Have a look at Joe Rocket’s sizing chart. We feel this size chart gives an accurate estimate of size for this jacket. You can use the waist size adjustment tabs to compensate for varying waist sizes.
Our Two Cents
The UFO Solid Textile jacket is a straightforward street/sport jacket with some “sponsor” logo patches on the shoulders and arms to give it more of a racy look. There is removable CE approved armor in the shoulders and elbows, as well as a dual density back protector. You also have the option of upgrading the back protector in this jacket to Joe Rocket’s CE approved back protector which adds a little more comfort and safety to an already good jacket (see below). This jacket features Joe Rocket’s new Big Air™ ventilation system which basically gives you a nice wide vent in front down the entire length of the main zipper. There is of course a secondary zipper to keep the jacket closed. This looks like it would allow quite a bit of air flow, and the two rear exit vents allow for all the hot air to escape out the back. For cooler weather, there is an insulated vest type liner which will provide some warmth, but without sleeves it won’t be too effective in really cold weather. For a custom fit, there is a Velcro waist adjustment, snap sleeve take ups, and a zippered/snap/Velcro wrist closure. Two hand warmer pockets and a zippered document pocket provide some cargo capacity, although you do get one more internal pocket when you have the vest liner installed.
