I ordered a new HJC helmet--New Enough e-mailed me the next day to tell me that the manufacturer was out of that model, assured me that my credit card would had not been billed, that they never bill until an item is shipped, and even offered to e-mail me when it was ready! I have ordered gloves in the past, needed a new size, and they gladly exchanged--no questions asked. A great company to work with!
