Just a quick note on the fantastic customer service I recently received on a warranty issue on a discontinued set of boots. Megan was absolutely fantastic on a timely response, return authorization and follow up ( so was Sandra!!). I can't say enough for you guys! I've purchased from you several times before and now you have a customer for life!
