This is more of a testimonial about New Enough in general than for any one product. But just for the record, I've purchased; Joe Rocket Ballistic 5.0 jacket Teknic Gloves TPC Boots HJC Helmet Scorpion Helmet (Tsunami Red/Black) Joe Rocket Luna Jacket Joe Rocket Ballistic 7.0 jacket Joe Rocket Heartbreaker 2.0 jacket Joe Rocket riding pants A yet to be determined men's jacket Xena lock/alarm In every case, the ordering process was painless, and the delivery was WAY faster than expected. (I actually got one shipment delivered while I was away, after ordering on line, the day before!) I've had to return three of the items, (pants (wrong size), helmet (I ordered the wrong color, d'oh!), and the ballistic 7.0 jacket (just didn't fit well)) and in every case New Enough accepted the returns and helped me find a replacement, happily. I can't say enough about their customer service, it's unmatchable by any other outfit. Special notice goes out to Jilisa, who gave me specific information about several of the items, so that I felt like I had hands on, even when I had no place to go to actually see items. She personally helped me find a new jacket for my wife, and the replacement for the Ballistic 7.0 With customer service like that, I don't even go to the dealership that sold me my bike to get even the smallest item.
