the jacket recommended by the size chart was too big. it gave me a chance to experience the excellent customer service regarding returns. there was great communication and a quick turn-around time. the chart said that i was a large, ended up exchanging for a medium. now it fits great! i love all the pockets it has. very well made and i really like the looks.
