Size 44 on 6'0 165 male....If you are any bigger get a 46, I think I am at the size limit. Great protection in the arms, knees, and sholders, venting throughout, very nice quality. Suit looks great...instead of those generic ones, get the race replica one!! I like it, great price, even on my Yamaha!
