I orderd Joe Rocket Boots and when I saw them I didn't think would fit and on an impulse I was going to exchange them and I decided the same day to change my mind. Yeah, I know I'm female, what can I say? Anyway, New Enough is so great I don't think they even cared that I changed my mind. Always very easy to deal with and this was my first attempt at an exchange, It was easy, I love the service you get from these guys!!
